Qualcomm's clock controller blocks actually do much more than it
says on the tin.. They provide clocks, resets and power domains.
Currently, U-Boot requires one to spawn 2 separate devices for
controlling clocks and resets, both spanning the same register space.
Refactor the code to make it work with just a single DT node, making
it compatible with upstream Linux bindings and dropping the dedicated
reset driver in favour of including it in the clock driver.
Heavily inspired by Renesas code for a similar hw block.
[caleb: moved drivers to clk/qcom, added reset driver and adjusted bind
logic. Imported qcom,gcc-ipq4019.h from Linux]

Julien Masson <jmasson@baylibre.com> says:
This patch series add the support for the MediaTek MT8365 EVK Board [1].
Most of the code have been copied/adapted from Linux tag v6.7-rc2.
For now we only enable/test these features:
Boot, UART, Watchdog and MMC.
[trini: This includes two clocks not listed in the Linux binding, which
needs resyncing later]

This copies in some devicetree files from the official Linux kernel tree,
v6.6-rc6. It covers a board with the Allwinner T113s SoC, which shares
many devices with its RISC-V sibling, the Allwinner D1(s). This is the
reason for the core .dtsi files landing in the arch/riscv directory.
We are only adjusting the include path to accommodate for the differences
in the U-Boot build system.

Sync the devicetree files from the official Linux kernel tree, v6.6-rc6.
This is covering Allwinner SoCs with 64-bit ARM cores.
Only small cosmetic changes (clock name fixed), but we add the DT for
the new OrangePi Zero 3 board, for which U-Boot enablement patches are
pending.
As before, this omits the non-backwards compatible changes to the R_INTC
controller, to remain compatible with older kernels.

The "notable" disappearances are:
- the pac193x stanza - there's nothing in mainline linux w.r.t. bindings
for this & what is going to appear in mainline linux is going to be
incompatible with what is currently in U-Boot.
- operating points - these operating points should not be set at the
soc.dtsi level as they may not be possible depending on the design
programmed to the FPGA
- clock output names - there are defines for the clock indices, these
should not be needed
- the dt maintainers in linux NAKed using defines for IRQ numbers
- the qspi nand, which is not part of the icicle's default configuration
is removed.

Sync the devicetree files from the Linux kernel repo, v6.2-rc2.
This is covering the 32-bit SoCs, from arch/arm/boot/dts.
This enables some new devices for the F1C100s family, though this is of
little relevance to U-Boot itself.
The H3 gains the "phys" property for the first USB controller, which
prevents an error message when U-Boot's USB stack comes up, and allows
using this port in host mode.
As before, this omits the non-backwards compatible changes to the R_INTC
controller, to remain compatible with older kernels.

When this binding header was initally upstreamed, the PLL clocking the
microprocessor subsystem (MSS) and the RTC reference clocks were
omitted. Add them now, matching the IDs used in Linux.

Synchronise device tree with linux v6.1-rc3.
Note: Nowadays, the intent is for them regular device trees to just be
synchronised from them Linux kernel device trees and any and all U-Boot
specific changes need to go into the -u-boot.dtsi device tree include
files which BTW get included automatically by the U-Boot build system.

Update the devicetree files from the Linux kernel, version v6.0-rc4.
This is covering the 64-bit SoCs, from arch/arm64/boot/dts/allwinner.
This avoids the not backwards-compatible r_intc binding change, to allow
older kernels to boot, but the other nodes are updated.
Not much change here, the vast majority is actually cosmetic: node names
and using symbolic names for the the RTC clocks.
Some A64 boards gain some audio nodes.
The H616 DTs are now switched to the version finally merged into the
kernel, which brings some changes, but none affecting U-Boot.
