configs: ls1043aqds: Configure environment related configs
LS1043A-QDS board requires updation in few environment configs in TFA
and QSPI defconfigs.
Following are the changes:
- Define CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
- Unset CONFIG_SPI_FLASH_BAR
- Enable CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR
