ARM: rmobile: Enable CONFIG_SYS_FLASH_PROTECTION
Enable CONFIG_SYS_FLASH_PROTECTION on Salvator-X(S), ULCB, Ebisu,
which means the Spansion HF PPB protection bits can be operated
using the 'protect' U-Boot command.
